How much does a website cost ? There are two separate cost elements involved in the creation of a web site.

The first is a small cost that includes the registration of your domain name, email address & what you pay the web hosting company to rent the Internet space for hosting the site. This fee amounts to £60. This is for the first 12 months. This fee is not payable to ourselves, but we set this up for you.

The second is what you pay us to actually create the site for you.

Our fee structure is simple.

Creation of website including up to 3 pages £400

Each additional page £50

Online payment facility £125

We do not charge Vat.

Your Options are

• You provide all text, and your own images, and we prepare your site
• You provide all text. We provide the images, sourced from reputable photograph libraries, we prepare your site
• if required we visit your premises take appropriate images and discuss your text and requirements with you (there would be an extra fee for this)

Once your site is live we will maintain it for 1 month free of charge then hand it over to you, if you wish or we can continue to maintain your site & we will agree a fee with you depending on how often you require changes to be made to the site.

The annual cost to the “web host” is currently £5 per month.
